What fascinated me wasn’t the dashboard.
It was what happened before, and what happens next.
Why did one organisation act while another didn’t?
Why did competent people solve the wrong problem?
Eventually I realised something.
Data doesn’t change organisations.
People do.
The right evidence, shared with the right people, at the right time, can.
Today I combine people insight, organisational effectiveness and coaching-informed facilitation to help organisations move from assumption to understanding, and from understanding to action.
